$455 for regular lots and $465 for premium lots
What is a premium lot?
Premium lots are lots that are on a corner or cul-de-sac.
What is the pet rent?
The pet rent is $15 for the first pet and $10 for each additional pet per month.
Where is the water supply from?
The water is through Augusta County Service Authority using Augusta County water and sewer. The current rates are $6.42 per 1,000 gallons for water and $10.85 per 1,000 gallons for sewer. The management team records the meter readings and distributes the amount based off of Augusta County rates.
